Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and within the preparations for the reception of the academic year and with close and field follow-up from Mr. Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Technical College of Engineering Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Nizar, the staff of the Engineering Division began, under the supervision of Engineer Fadan Sobhi and the Maintenance Unit Officer Engineer Musa Anwar and members of the committees, including teachers, technicians, and administrators, work on upgrading, maintaining and rehabilitating the infrastructure of the buildings. The assistant explained that the campaign included the maintenance of air conditioning, lighting, electric generators, and drinking water systems, as well as maintenance, rehabilitation, and painting of the Deanship’s building, walls, roof repair, garden maintenance, and camera maintenance. He stressed that the college corridors and its buildings will be ready, God willing, to receive our dear students on time, and he praised the efforts made by everyone and their keenness to work in the spirit of one team to improve the reality of the college.

It is worth noting that the Deanship of the College has started a wide campaign to maintain buildings, furniture, and the college gardens, in which a number of the college’s employees participated, taking advantage of the summer vacation, and the campaign continues.

His Excellency is clear that the coming days will witness other rehabilitation works including gardens and college streets to create a suitable university environment for our dear students.
