Under the follow-up from the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafe Mahmoud

The Northern Technical University, represented by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, participated in the training workshop for the job training program, which was held by IREX in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The workshop highlighted several paragraphs, the most important of which are:

1. Introducing job training programs by giving several important examples.
2. Introducing the important methods and steps followed in selecting and preparing students for job training programs in Iraqi universities.
3. The important procedures followed in evaluating the performance of students nominated within the job training program and other partners in the industrial and other sectors (the trainers) and diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses encountered through training and working to follow up benefit from them.
