Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, the University, represented by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, participated in the dialogue session titled (The Role of Universities in Bearing Social Responsibility), which Through it, the role of universities in promoting social responsibility among university students and young graduates, their ambition and their role in the development of society, was discussed.

In addition, the vision of the Northern Technical University and its effective role in following up with its students and graduates, developing their technical skills, and working to qualify them to be able to develop and establish their projects within the private sector were highlighted.

This project is implemented by Riyada Organization for Capacity Building within the Dialogue project and in cooperation with the Italian Bridge to Iraq UPP – Iraq and the United Nations Development Program in Iraq UNDP Iraq and coordination with the Iraqi government and funded by the European Union in Iraq European Union Mission in Iraq.
