Under the direction of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Dhnoon Younis Dhnoon, and within the annual ministerial curriculum for student activities for the first semester, Mr. Munjed Abdul Jawad Abdul Hamid, the head of the technical department in the Student Activities Department, participated in the development course for technical department officials held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority in Basra Governorate (Southern Technical University and Basra University). More than 60 public and private universities participated in this course, and this course included lectures on holding cultural competitions and art exhibitions, as well as on how to make a play and acting and other matters related to artistic and cultural participation within the ministerial curriculum for student activities.
