under the auspices of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the University President Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Asst.Prof. Dr. Omar Rafae Mahmoud, and in cooperation with Al-Nabaa Company for Technologies and Network Solutions, Career Development Center organized the first advisory dialogue session, in the presence of a number of representatives of private sector companies, local and international institutions and organizations, in addition to the presence of a number of students and graduates. The aim of the session is to enhance communication with private sector companies and work to discuss the basic and important matters that work to reduce the gap between the outcomes of technical education (graduates) and the requirements of the labor market and what are the skills that the graduate required to obtain a real job opportunity in private sector companies and institutions.

The workshop resulted in a number of recommendations, as follows-

– The Agreement on establishing modern training programs to develop the skills of final-stage students and graduates in various scientific and technical specializations, – Promoting the implementation of many capacity building programs for graduates of our university, which are established by strengthening cooperation between the university and private sector companies. It is worth mentioning that this session comes within the ( joint efforts “Tazafer”) program launched by Northern Technical University/ Career Development Center to maintain bridges of communication and cooperation with private sector companies and institutions.
