Under the guidance and patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Department of Media and Public Relations at the Presidency of the University organized an educational symposium on the ethics of media work delivered by the director of “Nineveh Now” channel and the editor-in-chief of “Nineveh” newspaper, Mr. Ali Mahmood Hassan. The symposium dealt with:

Ethical charters, principles, responsibility, media freedom, independence, credibility, honesty and accuracy in media work, and preserving the rights of others.

It was attended by the media of the university’s faculties and institutes on the Nineveh website, the director of the Media and Public Relations Department, the official of the website division at Tal Afar University, and a number of university employees and students.
