Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, and within the vision of the university to follow up on its graduates and work to develop their skills and professional capabilities, the Division of Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the Presidency, organized The university and the Dutch SPARK organization, a training program in the field of Business Trend and English speaking. The program included in-person and virtual Training Short Courses that lasted for two consecutive months.

 It was delivered by specialized professors and by dividing the participants into three groups. At the end of the training period, an evaluation was conducted for the participants to measure the extent to which they benefited from the information presented during the training program.
