Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Central Library Department at the University Presidency organized a scientific workshop entitled “Job Loyalty”, in which Assistant Professor Muhammad Abdul-Mawgod Hassan, touched the concept of job loyalty, linguistically and idiomatically, the types of job loyalty, how to strengthen it in Iraqi universities in general and the Northern Technical University in particular, and what are the foundations and elements of job loyalty, then the workshop addressed:
Examples of employees (role models) in the job performance they provide in our Northern Technical University.
Finally, the workshop reached a number of goals and recommendations, including:
- How to earn employee loyalty in educational institutions in general and our northern technical universities in particular.
- What are the tips that universities promote for the loyalty of their employees?
- How to inculcate loyalty in our Northern Technical University.
