Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, the Division of Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up at the University Presidency organized a discussion session with a number of our university graduates and in cooperation with the Norwegian Council Organization (NRC) On the central library hall, the session dealt with several topics related to the graduates, including:

1. Obstacles and risks facing young people in working to establish their own business, which provides a suitable income for them and is considered a real opportunity to work.
2. What is the correct percentage in the success of private projects and what is the budget for the project, which is commensurate with the revenues and expenses related to the project?
3. The mechanism of developing an integrated work plan for project management and the future vision in sustaining projects.
