The results of the Web Matrix World Classification (Scimago) for 2022 were announced. Our university ranked 15th out of 46 Iraqi universities included in this classification, and globally it ranked 731st.

It is worth noting that the progress amounted to 3 places at the local level, and 98 places at the global level, compared to 2021 when the university got 18 locally and 829 globally. This progress came thanks to the sound directives and strategic plans of the university presidency and the teamwork spirit of university leaders, teachers, technicians, and administrators in the university presidency and its formations, which yielded these great results.

Her Excellency blessed this great achievement for all the university’s employees, which comes within a series of achievements that the university has achieved through hard and diligent work in the presidency of the university with all its staff to achieve the goals of the university. Her Excellency affirmed to move forward on the path of progress in all scientific, administrative, and service fields…
