Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Yonis Thanoon, a public auction was held in the Mosul Hall at the Northern Technical University to rent the former building of the Nineveh Technical Institute located in the Officer’s neighborhood and belonging to the university according to the provisions Law No. (21) of 2013 in force on the sale and lease of state funds, which is implemented under the supervision of the Government Contracts Division at the University Presidency and in the presence of the Director of the Legal Affairs Department and several attendees.
