The Administrative Technical College discussed the master’s thesis entitled (the possibility of strategic implementation within the framework of adopting flexible leadership: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the Northern Technical University and its formations in Nineveh Governorate), part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sameer Taha Yaseen and the Associate Dean for Administrative and financial Affairs, and a number of faculty members in the college.

The study presented by the student “Zaid Mowaffaq Salim Al-Allaf” in the Department of Business Administration Techniques determines the feasibility of strategic implementation within the framework of flexible leadership at the Northern Technical University and its formations in Nineveh Governorate, as flexible leadership was adopted (as an independent variable) expressed in its dimensions (adaptation Proactive, activating organizational resources, dealing with ambiguity, accepting change, agility) and strategic implementation (as a dependent variable) represented by its dimensions (organic organizational structure, systems, skills, culture and shared values, staffing), in an attempt to address a research problem that “Does it contribute to Flexible leadership in terms of its dimensions in the possibility of strategic implementation in the surveyed organizations”?

The study reached a set of conclusions confirmed that the leaders of the researched organizations possess the dimensions that express both flexible leadership and strategic implementation, as well as the contribution of flexible leadership to the possibility of strategic implementation through the presence of correlation and moral influence between them (the study variables) and at the macro and micro levels of their dimensions.

In the light of these conclusions, several necessary proposals were presented to the organizations in general and the surveyed in particular, including the need for the leaders of the surveyed organizations to seek to evoke the dimensions expressing strategic implementation, and to work on owning the expressive dimensions of flexible leadership and adopting its important role in strategic implementation.
