In pursuit of her supremacy on cooperation between our university and public and private universities and colleges, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Scientific Affairs, signed on behalf of the President of Gilgamesh University, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Adnan Al-Sairi, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Muhammad, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, who represents the second party.
The agreement aims to raise the level of the two universities and make them at the level of international universities, increase the bonds of cooperation between them and open new horizons of cooperation in the academic and scientific fields and raise the level of scientific research, the two parties agreed to conclude this memorandum by the laws, rules, and instructions in force.

• Cooperating in developing plans and vocabulary and unifying curricula for corresponding disciplines.
• Exchange of scientific sources, books, and research references within the common disciplines.
• Holding training workshops to develop the skills of teachers and technicians in the fields of teaching methods.
