In the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud, the deans of the university’s faculties and institutes, the Nineveh site, and some of the students and employees of the university, the Department of Media and Public Relations at the Presidency of the University organized a wonderful central carnival on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Great Victory Day. The ceremony included several poems, songs, and events with all the love for the country and the remembrance of our martyrs.
