It was produced by distinguished knowledge, and it was a major factor in the renaissance of Europe and its adoption of the causes of science. Muslims have paid special attention to manuscripts, as they are the only way to preserve the sciences and messages that the mind has produced. In the beginning, it was related to the Holy Qur’an, as well as the Prophetic hadiths or anything related to them.

The workshop included the meaning of manuscripts – writing manuscripts – the origin of ancient manuscripts – the importance of manuscripts. The workshop aimed to:

  • Raising community awareness of the importance of the Arab heritage and introducing the efforts and achievements of Arab civilization makers and the ancient heritage left by our ancestors
  • Highlighting the value of manuscripts as a cultural, cognitive, and moral record of Arab civilization and emphasizing the inspiration of the cultural values that have been transmitted to us through this written Arab heritage and how to use them to solve the problems of the present

Save the manuscripts from extinction and damage. At the end of the workshop, the university president honored Dr. Essam in appreciation of his efforts to enrich the workshop, praying to God for more scientific brilliance.
