As an appreciation for her support of media and government communication, Mrs. President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, honored the media figure in Ninawa province, Mr. Thamer Muayyad Khalil, the Director of Media at Al-Hadbaa University College, in the presence of the Director of the University President’s Office and the Director of the Media and Government Communication Department.
