Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Shahla Abdel Wahab Abdel Qader, Dean of the Mosul Technical Institute, the Department of Information Technology and Libraries, organized a workshop entitled:
)The art of leading others)
The lecture was delivered by Mr. Ahmed Khazaal Al-Hajjar
The workshop covered several topics, including:
- The good role of the “leader of the institution” in achieving the goals of the institution set.
- The importance of good and wise leadership in the organization.
- Problems that the leader may encounter in the leadership of his organization.
- The arts required by good leadership in order for the leader to be able to “manage.”
The workshop was attended by the head of the department and a number of the department’s employees.
