The episode dealt with a simple explanation of how proper therapeutic nutrition works to build a healthy body free of diseases, and interest in therapeutic nutrition emerged due to the diseases caused by food to humans, as we note that in poor and developing countries, which depend, for example, on limited types of food, their members are infected seriously ill.

Therapeutic nutrition is one of the mainstays in the treatment of many diseases, and in some cases, nutritional therapy is the only treatment for the disease.
