On the occasion of Iraqi Legislation Day, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi honored Assistant Director of the Legal Affairs Department at the Presidency of the Northern Technical University, Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Ali Hadi and a number of pioneers, experts and law specialists.
This came during the celebration organized by the Legal Department at the Faculty of Law of the University of Nahrin, where the Minister affirmed that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is determined to achieve what is required to deal.
