I searched for a master’s thesis in the Technical College / Kirkuk tagged:(Trichomonas vaginalis Co-infection With Candidiasis in Long Term Intake Iron, Folic Acid and Zinc in Pregnant Women) Presented by the student Ahlam Ali Salih to study or reveal the relationship between Trichomonas with candidiasis in pregnant women who take iron, folic acid, and zinc for a long time and study The effect of iron and zinc on candida and trichomonas for use as a vaginal treatment.The message dealt with:Conducting some tests to detect the type of ovaries that pregnant women suffer from, as well as studying the effect of iron and zinc on these ovaries and their effect on trichomoniasis, such as using them as a treatment for pregnant women in the form of a vaginal wash compared to common drugs in pharmacies such as (metronidazole for trichomoniasis and statins for ovarian cysts).The researcher concluded that the most common type of Candida that affects pregnant women is Candida albicans, and that iron increases the number of Trichomonas vaginalis and can be used in culture media for the growth of Trichomonas vaginalis. The culture medium is compared to the special medicines used for treatment that are available in pharmacies and can be used as a vaginal wash for pregnant women to treat these infections.The discussion committee consisted of:1.
