Launching the First Initiative at the Level of Iraqi Universities for Issuing Unified Cards for University Staff and Their Families in Nineveh.

In the presence of Nineveh Governor Mr. Abdul Qadir Al-Dakheel, the Director of the Civil Status, Passports, and Residency Department, Brigadier Dr. Khalid Aouni Khattab, the Director of Nineveh Police, and the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the announcement is made for the launch of the first initiative at the level of Iraqi universities to issue unified cards for university staff and their families.
