Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of the Dean of Kirkuk Technical Institute, the Civil Technologies Department at the Institute organized a scientific course entitled Text and Data Coordination according to Microsoft Office Word & Excel 2010)

The lecture was given by:

The course dealt with:

Explanation of the interface of the two main programs, how to prepare the writing paper with the inclusion of page numbering, the formatting of the paper frame and the written paragraphs, as well as the inclusion of tables and images with special formats that fit the written text, or worksheet data, with the method of storing files in a pdf-type copy with an explanation of the feature of inserting the watermark and formatting and explaining the method of the organization chart. It also sets the printing limits and changes them according to their suitability for the printing paper.

Course objective:

Developing the participants’ ability to use these programs because of its multiple features that serve the scientific and administrative departments. And work on the best and easiest format for all printed data.

The course concluded:

There is an urgent need to hold such a course in order to develop the skills of the associates.
