The Marketing Management Techniques Department organized a scientific course entitled (Leadership). The lecture was given by:

• Assistant Professor Dr. Sawsan Ibrahim Rajab
• The teacher is Dr. Issam Salah El-Din Ali
• The teacher is the same, Bahaa El-Din Qader
• Assistant teacher Iyad Fadel Mohsen
• Assistant teacher Aso Mohamed Latif

The course dealt with:

• Leadership in Islamic and Iraqi civilizations.
• Leadership roles in organizations and at different organizational levels.
• Leading and directing the market in light of changes and competition

The course indicated:

• The success and excellence of organizations depend mainly on the existence of creative leadership that directs the work of the organization towards excellence and the individual.
• Investing in the organization’s human and financial resources and employing them in a way that achieves its goals depends primarily on the presence of wise and rational leadership.
• Leaders are created with traits and characteristics that are unique to them.
