The Administrative Technical College / Mosul held the discussion of a Higher Diploma research in Electronic Management Technologies, submitted by Abdulrahman Fares Dawood, entitled:
“Designing an E-Management Website for Continuing Education Courses – An Applied Study at the Administrative Technical College / Mosul,”
which took place at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Al-Hikma Hall.

The research aimed to examine the ability of interactive electronic platforms to support the e-management of continuing education courses, as continuing education represents a fundamental pillar in developing professional and academic skills. The study also addressed the role of digital platforms in facilitating the administration, organization, and delivery of training courses efficiently.

The study adopted an applied approach, involving the design and development of an electronic platform dedicated to managing continuing education courses, and assessing its effectiveness in supporting electronic management requirements within the college. The findings identified the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed platform and presented recommendations to enhance its performance and sustainability.

The results demonstrated that adopting an integrated electronic system for managing continuing education programs contributes to improving administrative efficiency, simplifying procedures, and enhancing the quality of educational services provided.
