Diploma of mechanical power techniques

Courses are offered on a modular basis to allow students to focus on one field of study at a time. There are 78 units in the first academic year and it is divided into 39 units for each course divided into 10 academic subjects that differ in their weights. There are theoretical, practical, and field topics in addition to mixed topics. In the second year, there are also 70 units in the same way as the first year, divided into two courses. Each course in the Automobile Techniques branch has 35 units, and divided into 11 subjects, while at the first year in the Power Generation branch the course has 72 units, 36 units for each course and also divided into 10 subjects. At the second year the sum of units are 68, and also divided into 34 units for each course. The subjects in the second year are 10 also. The student gets his grades from several matters, including practical reports, laboratory, and field experiments, daily examinations, in addition to the end-of-course exam, the percentage of practical benefits, and the largest theoretical percentage in the department and branch.
