An inspection visit by the university president to the corridors of the Mosul College of Engineering Technology for Computer and Artificial Intelligence

The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, conducted an inspection visit to the Technical College of Engineering for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in Mosul to review the educational process and assess the needs of the college.

During the visit, Her Excellency toured the college’s halls, classrooms, and modern laboratories, listening to a detailed presentation from the college’s administration about the academic programs and specializations related to computer science and artificial intelligence. She also learned about the most notable projects and scientific achievements accomplished by the students.

The President of the University emphasized the importance of developing the infrastructure of the laboratories and enhancing the applied aspect to keep pace with the rapid advancements in technology and artificial intelligence fields. She stressed the need to support students’ potential, encourage innovation, and promote scientific research.

She also met with several faculty members and students, listening to their opinions and suggestions, and directed that obstacles be removed and a comprehensive educational environment be provided to prepare qualified cadres that meet the demands of the labor market.

At the conclusion of the visit, Her Excellency praised the efforts made by the college administration and staff, confirming the continued support from the university’s presidency for all of its departments to strengthen its scientific and academic standing.
