Al-Huwaija Technical Institute organized a workshop on (Mechanism for receiving and registering students for the academic year 2024/2025).

Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and with the follow-up of Prof. Dr. Omar Khalil Ahmed, Dean of the Institute.
The Student Affairs Division organized a workshop on (Mechanism for receiving and registering students for the academic year 2024/2025)
The workshop was attended by:-
– Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jiyad Laji
(Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs)
– Mr. Arkan Khalaf Hamad (Head of Student Affairs Division)
– Mr. Barq Kamel Jassim (Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs)
It was attended by the heads and members of the student reception and registration committees.
The workshop dealt with:-
The mechanism for registering and receiving students according to the ministerial instructions and the mechanism for approving the electronic form
And directing the reception and registration committees to receive new students and remove all obstacles facing students
