The University Organizes a Specialized Workshop on the Mechanism of Working on the Electronic Platform.

The Northern Technical University organized a specialized workshop to explain the mechanism of working on the electronic platform, in accordance with Regulation No. (3) of the Appendix to the Public Contracts Instructions for the year 2025.
Under the directives of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Government Contracts Division held a specialized workshop aimed at clarifying the operational procedures of the electronic platform in line with the aforementioned regulations.
The workshop targeted officials responsible for government contracts and legal affairs, as well as members of procurement, auditing, and financial committees across the university’s colleges and institutes at the Nineveh site. This initiative comes  enhancing performance efficiency and unifying work procedures.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of the mechanisms for using the electronic platform dedicated to publishing announcements, tenders, and purchase requests. It also highlighted the instructions issued by the Ministry of Planning and the Ministry of Finance, in addition to outlining the procedures that must be followed when carrying out procurement and advertisement processes, ensuring transparency and full compliance with the approved regulations.
