Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mazhar Abbas Ahmed, Dean of the Technical Institute, Al-Door, the Dean of the Institute opened new medical workshops for the Prosthetics Department at the Institute, including a carving and casting workshop for people with disabilities and amputees, which is considered the first tributary in the judiciary to receive Some sick cases who have amputation or dysfunction in one of the limbs, which in turn contributes to enhancing the practical capabilities of training students to be ready to engage in health institutions. This was in the presence of the assistants and several heads of departments and cadres of the department.
