2023-08-20For the first time in the history of our educational institution, the number of faculties and institute branches within our three provinces has reached 14, where it was previously 9, distributed across the provinces of Nineveh, Kirkuk, and Salah al-Din. Today, this number has grown to 14 faculties and an institute in just 3 years. This achievement adds to the series of consecutive successes built upon a strong foundation. Today marks the beautiful day when Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of the Technical University, proudly announces, with her continuous and unwavering dedication, the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the establishment of the following faculties:
The faculty of Oil and Gas Technologies in Kirkuk has two departments (Renewable Energy Technologies and Fuel and Energy Technologies).
Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies in Dohuk, with its two departments (Physical Therapy Technologies and Optics Technologies).
Faculty of Huwaijah Technologies, with its two departments (Business Management Technologies and Banking Management Technologies).
With her determined spirit to propel our university into the academic realm, equipping the job market with the needed talents from our technical university, and her aspiration to keep up with renowned international universities, these faculties have been established. Congratulations to her for this dedication, activity, and commitment to achieving consecutive successes and forming a successful team to elevate the reputation of our university.
