The Agricultural Technical College organizes a symposium on reducing domestic violence
2023-11-13A technical master’s thesis at Northern Technical University discusses diplomatic behavior among administrative leaders and its implications for the foundations of positive employee courtship.
The technical master’s thesis specializing in business administration techniques was discussed at the College of Administrative Technology / Mosul, titled (Diplomatic behavior among administrative leaders and its implications on the foundations of positive courtship between employees / An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of job cadres in the Nineveh Governorate Office)
The thesis submitted by the student (Shahid Essam Abdel Yahya) aimed to describe, diagnose and discover the correlations and influence between the diplomatic behavior of administrative leaders and the foundations of positive courtship between workers at the organizational level.
Part of the discussion was attended by Mr. Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, the Honorable Mr. Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Walid Ahmed Suleiman, Mr. Head of the Department of Business Administration Technologies, Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Assi Hussein, and a number of the college’s faculty and staff and postgraduate students.
• The thesis reached several field results, the most notable of which are:
There is a positive trend with a moderate trend in the field of taking into account the dimensions of diplomatic behavior, and an almost similar trend about the foundations of positive courtship between employees, in addition to the existence of correlations and influence between them at the level of the organization under study.
• The study concluded its endeavor with several recommendations, the most prominent of which was the necessity of creating realistic perceptions among administrative leaders that any diplomatic behavior leaves a positive impact on the foundations of positive courtship between employees, with the necessity of actually employing each dimension of diplomatic behavior and its positive aspect in the field of work, and establishing The concept of positive courtship between employees and even administrative leaders and focusing on giving the foundations of positive courtship a wide space in the applied field.
