Higher Diploma Research at the Northern Technical University Discusses the Impact of Job Satisfaction Variability on Creativity at Work
A discussion session was held at the Administrative Technical College / Mosul for the Higher Diploma research in Business Management Technologies, submitted by the student Basil Younis Rahim, entitled:
“The Impact of Job Satisfaction Variability on Creativity at Work: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Nineveh Governorate Office.”
The research aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction variability on creativity in the workplace among employees in the Nineveh Governorate Office, through analyzing their responses to a specifically designed questionnaire. The researcher employed the descriptive–analytical method, supported by descriptive and inferential statistical tools, to measure levels of job satisfaction and creativity and to investigate the relationship between them.
The study population included 1,000 employees working in the governorate office across various qualifications, while the research sample consisted of 200 employees selected randomly.
The analysis revealed a strong positive relationship between job satisfaction variability and creativity at work, indicating that improving job satisfaction directly contributes to enhancing creativity and overall organizational performance.
Key Findings of the Research:

Based on the results, the researcher presented several practical recommendations to be implemented in the Nineveh Governorate Office to enhance job satisfaction and stimulate creativity among employees.
