In order to achieve the goals of the World Education Day, which falls on the twenty-fourth of January, the Northern Technical University announces that it is one of the Iraqi universities that has placed at the top of its strategic priorities the care of education and work to develop development programs with future plans in the development of human competence and infrastructure for the purpose of promoting sustainable development in line with indicators Population growth for the purpose of containing any increase in the number of students in the future in terms of providing all the infrastructure and scientific requirements. Despite the many circumstances and obstacles faced by the Northern Technical University, it is one of the universities that has begun to absorb a rapid increase in the number of students according to the horizontal expansion in terms of providing an educational environment In addition to the vertical expansion in the provision of scientific competencies and the expansion of initial and higher studies, which included all medical, engineering, agricultural, educational, humanitarian, administrative and legal disciplines, which had a major role in providing qualified scientific competencies in the development and prosperity of society.

On this occasion, we join UNESCO in its celebration of the International Day of Education, and we look forward in the future to our university being an incubator for scientific cooperation in all educational fields and development programs that help develop the level of services provided to society and the world.
