A joint research team from the Northern Technical University and the Middle Euphrates Technical University obtains a patent on (the solar photovoltaic lake(

The project includes building a solar energy system that combines solar lake technology and photovoltaic solar collector technology to improve the performance of the solar lake in addition to improving the efficiency of solar panels.

The team consisted of:

  1. Prof. Dr. Omar Khaleel Ahmed, Dean of the Hawija Technical Institute
  2. Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Abbas Abdullah
  3. Mr. Ihsan Fadel Abbas
  4. Engineer Manar Muhammad
