Directed by Dr. Alia Alattar, the Rector of Northern Technical University, and supervised by Asst. Prof. Shahla Abdulqader, the Dean of Mosul Technical Institute, the Department of Water Resources Techniques organized a workshop on the importance of afforestation. The workshop aimed at encouraging tree planting, as a critical practice for achieving sustainable agriculture, for its vital role in preserving environment.
