The Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, Prof. Dr. Aashti Mahdi Aref, inspected on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, the final preparations for the development of new scientific departments within the formations of the Northern Technical University, Kirkuk site,

as part of efforts to expand academic disciplines and meet the requirements of the renewed labor market.
The visit took place in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Head of the Software Engineering Department, and the official of the Construction and Projects Unit, where they were briefed on the stages of work and the ongoing preparations at the logistical and technical levels.
During the tour, the Dean stressed that this step comes in line with the vision of the university presidency in developing technical education and raising the level of academic programs, praising the efforts made by the administrative and technical staff in completing preparations within the specified time frame.
