With a bouquet of flowers… the President of Northern Technical University congratulates the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on his victory in the recent parliamentary elections

The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Al-Attar, extended her sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the occasion of his well-deserved success in the recent parliamentary elections.
