Dr. Ahmed Sobeih Yusuf, a teacher at the Administrative Technical College of Mosul, received the award for the best doctoral student at the level of the Malaysia / University of Technology Malaysia – College of Electrical Engineering for graduates of the year 2021, and the University of Malaysian Technology is one of the first fifty international universities in the field of engineering.

Note that the teacher has a distinguished scientific reputation and has published research in solid containers with more than 15 research papers in the field of computer engineering, microelectronics, and medical imaging.
