The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired the University Council in its tenth session, the morning study for the academic year 2021-2022, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoun Younis Thanon, and the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, and the ladies and gentlemen members The entire Council, Her Excellency, began the session by welcoming all members of the Council. During the session, several matters were discussed, including:
Holding a scientific conference for medical sciences at the Health and Medical Technical College in Kirkuk
Extension of the number of master’s students.
Scientific promotion to the rank of professor for several university teachers
Discussing the reality of branch libraries in the university’s formations.
