The Northern Technical University organized a seminar on the importance of artificial intelligence in enhancing women’s skills.

Under the patronage of the NTU President, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Women’s Affairs Division in the university organized a workshop focusing on the importance of artificial intelligence in enhancing the technical skills required for women.

The workshop, delivered by Dr. Yahya Younis Al-Bek, addressed the importance of artificial intelligence in enhancing the technical skills required for women in the labor market, in addition to the facilities provided by artificial intelligence in obtaining job opportunities, overcoming the obstacles faced by women in establishing low-cost digital projects, and analyzing and making accurate digital decisions, as well as marketing products and services using smart tools.

The workshop also discussed the features of artificial intelligence in enhancing women’s technical skills, including providing smart learning platforms, enabling women to learn programming, and supporting critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

It is worth noting that the Women’s Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has directed the necessity of implementing the National Strategy to Combat Violence Against Women and Girls, focusing on the pillar of protection and prevention.
