The Turkish Consul General Hosted by the Northern Technical University.
Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, welcomed the Turkish Consul General in Mosul, Mr. Serdar Farli, along with Mr. Murat Kazancı, Assistant President of the Turkish Scholarship Foundation, and their accompanying delegation at the Northern Technical University.
The specialized team presented an overview of the Turkish scholarships offered by the Republic of Turkey. The Consul General expressed his sincere gratitude to the esteemed University President, Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and to the university staff in general. He stated that these scholarships serve as keys to sustaining the relationship and fostering mutual cooperation between the two countries.
