The technical master’s thesis at the Northern Technical University discusses “the role of grievance management in containing cases of tension among workers”

I searched in the Administrative Technical College / Mosul, a technical master’s thesis specializing in business management techniques, tagged “The role of grievance management in containing cases of tension among workers: an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at a university”

The thesis submitted by the student (Mohammed Ghanem Khalaf Mahmood Al-Jubouri) aimed to reveal the relationship between grievance management and containment of tension cases among workers at the University of Kirkuk and its formations, in an attempt to address a research problem: The research organization? To achieve this, the study adopted a hypothetical scheme that reflects the nature of its hypotheses, which expressed the availability of the study variables and the correlation and impact between them at the macro and micro levels.

Part of the discussion was attended by the University President’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmood, the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sameer Taha Yasseen, the Director of Graduate Studies, the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, heads of scientific departments, a number of faculty members and graduate students.

The study reached a set of conclusions that confirmed the existence of a positive significant correlation relationship between the grievance management variable and its sub-dimensions and the variable containing stress situations among workers and its sub-indicators.

The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which were: To move towards studying and applying the concept of grievance management correctly in order to improve human resources, as well as the researcher’s presentation of a set of proposals related to future studies.
