The thesis presented by the student (Mays Mahmoud Asaad Aed) aimed at defining the role of ethical leadership (as an independent variable) whose dimensions were represented by (personal characteristics, administrative characteristics, human relations, teamwork) in the mechanisms of reducing functional hypocrisy (as a dependent variable) represented by its dimensions (Limiting flattery, confronting contradictions, avoiding appearances, diagnosing and containing formal courtship) in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate.
Part of the discussion was attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and students, the teacher Dr. Ahmed Najm Sheit, the heads of the scientific departments, and a number of faculty members and postgraduate students.
The study reached several results that emphasized the availability of embodied dimensions of moral leadership among the leaders of the organization under study, and their serious endeavor to work on applying mechanisms to reduce functional hypocrisy among subordinates, as well as the existence of significant correlation and influence relationships between ethical leadership and mechanisms to reduce functional hypocrisy at the level of their overall dimensions. and partial.
