A technical master’s thesis specializing in business management techniques was discussed at the Administrative Technical College / Mosul (Customer Relationship Management and its Role in Achieving Broad Recommendation / An Exploratory Study in the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries in Baghdad Governorate)
The thesis submitted by the student (Walid Khaled Jamal) aimed to know the role of customer relations management in achieving wide recommendation in the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries in Baghdad governorate, as it adopted customer relations management (as an independent variable) expressed by its dimensions (customer acquisition, value customer, customer satisfaction, customer retention) and broad recommendation (as a dependent variable) represented by its entrances (cooperative approach, adaptive approach, cosmetic approach, transparent approach), in order to address the problem of the study, which is “Does customer relationship management in terms of its dimensions contribute to achieving broad referral in research organization?
Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, the respected Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, the Head of the Department of Business Administration Technologies, the Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Asi Hussein, and a number of faculty members, faculty members and postgraduate students.
The study came out with a set of conclusions, including the possession of the researched organization of the dimensions expressing each of the customer relations management and the broad recommendation, as well as the existence of correlation and significant influence relations between them (the two variables of the study) and at the macro and partial levels of their dimensions, and in the light of these conclusions several proposals were presented to the organizations in general The research is private.
