Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, the Department of Surveying Techniques at the Kirkuk Technical Institute organized a scientific visit to the project to establish a specialized center for cancerous tumors and blood diseases (first stage). Agha, the site manager (head of the resident engineer department) about the project that is under implementation and has an area of ​​about (17,000) square meters and consists of four floors in addition to the basement, at a cost of about 11 billion Iraqi dinars, the project was started on 5/14/ 2020 and it was supposed to be completed within 540 days, and due to the covid 19 epidemic, the achievement has reached 27 percent to the present time, and the work continues day and night. A civilian shelter was added with the requirements of occupational safety, and during the touring and viewing, the site engineers provided an explanation of the works, survey equipment, building levels, and types of foundations for the project, and it was agreed upon Q on continuous field visits to see the stages of development in construction to benefit our dear students to keep pace with their scientific career supported by practical and field lessons and to be a reinforcement of their academic studies after their graduation to supply the labor market with outputs that have excellent experience in their field of specialization.
