The President of the Northern Technical University Welcomes the Deputy Commander of the Third Division of the Federal Police.

Prof. Dr. Aliya Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, welcomed Brigadier General Saad Obaid Hussein, Deputy Commander of the Third Division of the Federal Police, and his accompanying delegation in her office. The delegation included Colonel Manaf Fadh, Commander of the 10th Federal Police Brigade, and Major Ragheed Rabeh Al-Asmar, Commander of the 1st Battalion of the 12th Brigade, during an official visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the university and security institutions.

During the meeting, ways to strengthen the relationship between the university and the Federal Police were discussed, particularly in the areas of training, development, and exchange of expertise. The university president emphasized the importance of joint cooperation in serving the community and enhancing security and stability.

For his part, the Deputy Commander of the Third Division praised the scientific and research role played by the university, expressing his readiness to support joint projects that contribute to the development of students’ capabilities and the academic community.
