The President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the assistant president of the university for scientific and administrative affairs and the deans of the formations of the Nineveh site, received in her office the ministerial committee for following up on developments for the scientific departments of the university formations in Nineveh Governorate. The university president explained to the committee the importance and necessity of completing these developments and their role in supplying the labor market with scientific cadres and keeping pace with scientific development. During the past two days, the committee visited:

• Technical college of engineering
• Technical Administrative College
• Agricultural Technical College
• Mosul technical institute
• Nineveh Technical Institute

They were briefed on the procedures taken by these formations to complete the requirements for the creation of new scientific departments in them, which include the necessary material and human requirements, and the committee expressed its support and approval for these preparations.
