The President of the Northern Technical University receives a delegation from Tal Afar University to build bridges of joint scientific cooperation.

In order to open up to society by building bridges of joint scientific cooperation and exchanging research and academic experiences between our university and governmental and private universities and various government departments, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met with a delegation from Tal Afar University. During the meeting, they exchanged talks about holding many scientific, academic and research activities and holding conferences and workshops. The visiting delegation expressed their pleasure at what they saw of the development that the university has witnessed in a record time and at all levels.
