The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met with His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Mr. Atheer Daoud Salman Al-Ghurairi, in the presence of the President of the University of Nineveh, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani. University formations in our three governorates and His Excellency the Minister expressed his full support for our university at all levels.
