The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received in her office today, Prof. Dr. Hazem Baqer Taher, Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, and Mr. Director of the Cultural Relations Department at the Ministry of Higher Education, in the presence of Mr. Assistant to the President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud, and Mr. Musaed The President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoun Younis Thanon, and the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, Dr. Harith Akram Hammoudat, in the Presidency of the University.
During the meeting, they discussed the mechanism for activating the previously concluded memorandums of understanding between our university and local and international universities. The Director of Scholarships praised the memorandums of understanding held by the president of the university with foreign universities, the last of which was American universities, and the mechanism for hosting foreign students for primary and preliminary studies in our university, which will be activated starting next year. God willing, at the end of the visit, Her Excellency presented the university shield to the Director of the Scholarships Department in the Ministry and the Director of the Cultural Relations Department in the Ministry. In turn, they expressed their thanks and appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality of the President of the University, praying to God for her more success.
